You just need to provide your personal gold!card number every time you do your transaction and your gold!points will be added to your gold!card.
Can I get a plastic gold!card?
If you apply for gold!card online you will get your personal gold!card number by E-mail and/or SMS which gives you the same benefits as a plastic card. However if you wish to get a plastic gold!card, go to your western union location and ask for your gold!card at the counter.

Can I use my savings on several transactions?
Unfortunately not. Once redeemed, a saving can not be split on several transactions. However you still have the opportunity to keep the entire saving and use it on one of the next transaction.
Can I still earn points if I didn't bring my gold!card number while doing transaction?
Yes, your gold!points can be added to your gold!card after the transaction by calling the gold!card customer service and providing the MTCN, card number and the fee paid.
If I loose my gold!card number or have my gold!card stolen, should I reapply for a new gold!card?
No, just go to your western union location and ask for a new gold!card. Then contact the gold!card customer service by phone to transfer the points from your old card to the new gold!card.
Do I still need to show my ID when I send money with my gold!card number?
Yes, it's necessary since western union gold!card does not replace your ID.
Can I update my details online?
Of course, just send us an e-mail including your personal gold!card number and we will update your profile immediately.
