This Privacy Statement describes globally how Western Union Payment Services Ireland Limited, an Irish company registered in Ireland No. 471360 with registered office in Richview Office Park, Unit 9 Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, Ireland. Collects and uses your personal information ("Information") that we obtain when you visit and/or use any of our Gold Card Programme Web sites.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Western Union collects Information about you from a variety of sources including those listed below. By participating in the Programme, you agreed that we may disclose the Information we collect in the paragraphs titled, "INFORMATION WE COLLECT" and "INTERNET TECHNOLOGY" to our Affiliates, to Authorized Service Providers and Participating Agents as described below.

- - Programme adminstration for fulfillment of your rewards, benefits, or marketing promotions;
- - As permitted or required by law; and
- - Legal, regulatory, security, government and processing organizations applicable to Western Union, Authorized Service Providers and Partic pating Agents.

Disclosure of your telephone or mobile telephone number and/or email address you provided to authorized third parties to contact you from time to time by telephone, e-mail or text messaging with news, offers, services and promotions associated with the Western Union Gold Card Programme.
- - You understand and agree that any charges imposed by the provider of such services are your sole responsibility. You can withdraw your consent at anytime by using the information provided in the "contact us" section below.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We endeavor to maintain physical, electrical and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable government regulations to guard your Information. We also endeavor to restrict Information access to our employees, agents and representatives that need to know it. Despite our efforts, and as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions sent to us or may wrongly instruct you to disclose Information to them while posing as Western Union.

Some disclosures are not subject to your consent. These include, among others, disclosures necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction you request; disclosures to our authorized service providers (including Western Union Agents); disclosures: i) as permitted or required by law; ii) for public safety; iii) to prevent fraud; or iv) in connection with other illegal activities.
Western Union maintains your choice and transaction history based on our record retention schedules. If you do not perform another transaction within the retention time period, your Information, as well as your choice will be removed.
